My story

Hi, I’m Andrea, the heart and hands behind Biokinetic. I believe the future of wellness lies in frequency and alignment. The connection of touch and somatic grounding of the energy body, combined with the science of audio-visual entrainment is a unique service that I love to offer.

My approach is all about creating a space where you can truly be seen, feel safe, supported, and reconnect with a deep sense of self. I’m passionate about co-creating a space you can find equilibrium, harmony and joy in your wellness journey, making every session a personalized experience that nurtures both body and mind and spirit.

I feel my approach to bodywork is rooted in my love of seeing people as stories, I welcome you as you are, met with presence, held in stillness, listened to deeply, not just with words, but with intuitive attuned touch.

I have a diverse background in body mechanics and I will adjust the pressure and style of our session according to your needs. We can work with trigger points, deep myofascial holding, or light somatic resonant touch.
