Hot stones, hot towels, cupping, and guided breath may be seamlessly integrated, enhancing the body’s ability to unwind and recalibrate.

Guided Meditation: Enhance your massage with a Monroe Institute Vibro Acoustic Guided meditation. You remain on the table after your massage, I will put headphones on you and through the stunning Monroe Sound Science you are guided into a beautiful relaxing meditation experience.
Booking, Payment & Cancellation
All services are paid for at the time of appointment in person at Opal Wellness.
We accept all major credit cards and cash.
Please Note: Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the practitioner’s day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 48 hours’ notice, or miss their appointment, will be subject to the full treatment cost.

I operate as an independent Massage Practitioner, and do not bill directly, but you may be able to submit receipts for reimbursement depending on your provider and coverage
I am not an RMT and so typically receipts are not eligible for insurance reimbursement.
Sessions are designed as a premium, out-of-pocket wellness experience. -

We’ll briefly discuss how you’re feeling and what your body needs, then move into the session at a slow, grounding pace. There’s nothing you need to prepare or perform.I always appreciate a 10 min early arrival on first visits, if that’s an option on your end, if not, it is no pressure and it is totally fine to be right on time
