At Biokinetic, the work I offer is more than just massage. It’s an invitation into presence. Into somatic healing. Into subtle body intelligence. And most importantly, into the kind of safety that allows the body to finally let go.

What Is Somatic Massage Therapy?

Somatic massage isn’t just about muscles — it’s about messages. The body holds memory in tissue. It remembers every time we’ve had to hold it together, keep it in, or push through. Over time, that becomes chronic tension, shallow breath, digestive issues, or simply the inability to feel calm in your own skin.

In a session with me, you’re not just receiving touch — you're being met. Attuned to. Witnessed. Heard — even in silence.

I work intuitively with fascia, nervous system rhythms, and the subtle body — the energetic layers of your being that are often ignored by traditional modalities. These sessions are slow, intentional, and deeply rooted in presence.

Why I Incorporate Light Therapy and Nervous System Work

The body is electric. The brain is rhythmic. That’s why I integrate audio-visual entrainment and light therapy into my practice — tools that guide your system out of fight-or-flight and into deeply regenerative states like theta brainwaves, where restoration and cellular repair occur.

I also draw from energy medicine, qi gong, and somatic awareness practices to support the body in repatterning stress, and returning to its natural coherence.
