Here we go again!

Off to another new start! I feel as though this was me last year, finding the beautiful Opal Wellness, and coming back to life, even better than i could’ve imagined. I spent the ending of 2024 sick, and beaten down, broken and shown some truths.

Allowing me to bring to an end a place and version of my I outgrew and knew I needed to let fall away, to make space for the beauty, community and sharing I received 2025! I was a part of an incredible team at Opal, professional, kind, supportive people. I rebuilt myself, my brand, my website my social media, and my spirit.

Opal was a gift, a glowing gem of a sanctuary for me to find footing, confidence, friendship and people i’ll never forget. With this new found sense of self, I continued with unwavering faith in my lifestyle, my practices and my soul, to never let go of the knowing, I would also find my home.

End of year, travelling, freedom, wealth, time, joy. I was able to physically see and consciously create the life of my dreams.

I moved into my home literal dream home. Forest, nature, water, room, and… an empty suite!

Whether I was ready or not, it was still time to keep going on this momentous journey of reflective growth.

I meditate every single day..

I sit in the feeling of knowing, of already being that which I used to seek.

I still feel like i’m dreaming, in this house, walking these trails, listening to the river outside my window.

So, here goes year 2 of rebuilding, or rather continuing to build, me, my work, my services, my community, and now i have a beautiful business, beautiful land and incredible energy to give.

It is my passion, my dream to share my offerings with you, welcome to Boulderpath Studio at Biokinetic.

Ideally soon there will be other practitioners here with me! I’ll keep updating through social media and here for the journey of making this flow go!
