What Is Audio-Visual Entrainment (AVE)?
Audio-Visual Entrainment (AVE) uses flickering light patterns and binaural beats (or isochronic tones) to guide your brain into specific wave states—such as theta for deep meditation, alpha for relaxation, or beta for focus. The light pulses through a closed-eye headset, while synchronized sound plays through headphones. In other words, you're bathing your brain in frequency.
